How to Play
Family Hero is a game that transforms chores into quests, builds healthy habits, and brings families closer through weekly challenges and shared rewards.
1. Join a Faction
Pick one of the four elemental factions—Fire, Earth, Air, or Water—to represent your style and unlock unique reward themes.
Pick a Hero Card
Each family member becomes a hero by choosing a Hero Card.
These cards represent your character in the game and shape the types of family activities you’ll get to plan if you become the Hero of the Week.

2. Take on Quests
Each Quest Card represents a specific task or activity that players can complete to earn tokens. Assign a Reward Level Sticker to show how challenging it is—keeping the game fair, motivating, and fun for everyone.

Visualise Progress
Each player has a dedicated row on the game board to track their quests.
As you complete them, move your Quest Cards across your row—creating a clear, rewarding visual of your progress throughout the week.

After completing a quest and receiving the appropriate number of tokens, the Quest Card can be returned to the starting section—ready to be completed again later in the week.
3. Crown the Family Hero
At the end of the week, the player with the most tokens is crowned the Family Hero. As a reward, they get to choose and schedule Family Activity Cards for the upcoming week—fun experiences for the whole family to enjoy together. It’s a joyful and effective way to plan meaningful family time.

Have Fun
Players can choose a new Hero Card each week.
Quests can be shared between players or assigned individually—it’s up to you!
As a family, you decide how you want to play.
Feel free to experiment, adapt, and discover what works best for your unique rhythm.
