Where We Ship
We currently ship to all EU countries. If you’re outside the EU and interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Production & Processing Time
We produce Family Hero in small batches to reduce waste and keep the product affordable.
Because we don’t keep a warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time varies by region and courier service. On average:
- Lithuania: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Other EU countries: 4–10 business days after dispatch
